PackPebble Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-14 · Developer: fish

This policy explains how PackPebble (轻装清单), provided by fish (the developer), handles information. It applies to the current Android version, which has no accounts, ads or cloud sync.

1. Information processed on your device

The app stores trip names, trip lengths, travel types, item names, categories, quantities, packed and archived states, trip creation times, and appearance preferences on your current device. These records support viewing, editing, filtering and reusing your lists.

Records are kept in the app's local database and preferences. The app does not send them to the developer. It has no account system or server, includes no advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDK, and does not declare Android Internet permission.

2. Permissions and protection

The current version does not request runtime access to location, contacts, the camera, microphone, photos or shared storage, and does not read advertising identifiers. Trip and item IDs only link local records.

Data is held in app-specific Android storage and relies on operating-system app isolation and device security. The app does not add separate database encryption. Please protect your device and screen lock.

3. Sharing and copying you initiate

Only when you select Share or Copy does the previewed list text pass to your chosen receiving app or the system clipboard. This text contains the trip name, packing progress, item names, categories, quantities and checkmarks.

Receiving apps, the clipboard and any sending service you select may retain or transmit text under their own rules. Review the content before sharing. PackPebble cannot control or delete copies given to other apps. We do not automatically share, sell or upload your lists.

4. Retention and deletion

Trip records remain on your device until you delete them. Deleting a trip also deletes its items. Clear all trips in Settings removes all trips and items while keeping appearance preferences. Archiving is not deletion.

You can clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove records and preferences from its app-specific storage. These are ordinary app and operating-system deletion functions, not a dedicated secure-erasure service.

The app disables automatic cloud backup and configures exclusions for backups and device transfers. System and manufacturer behavior may vary. The app does not provide backup restoration, import or cross-device sync. Keep any text you need before deletion, uninstalling or changing devices. Shared text cannot be imported back into the app.

5. Support email and platform services

If you voluntarily email fish@fishtech.cc, the developer receives your email address, message and any information you attach, solely to respond to and handle your request. Do not send unrelated sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You may request its deletion using the same address.

Google Play, Android and email providers may process downloads, system diagnostics or messages under their own privacy policies. This is separate from the app uploading your lists; PackPebble does not integrate their data-collection SDKs.

6. Updates and contact

If a later version changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and the in-app notice and seek consent where applicable. The date at the top shows the most recent update.

Developer: fish. Privacy and support contact: fish@fishtech.cc. The developer cannot remotely access or recover lists held only on your device. Use the local actions described above to delete them.
